2009 Harley Davidson Road King Classic

In 2009 Harley has launched 2009 Road King Classic. This Harley model has been improved than the old same model 2008 Road King Classic. If you are going to have touring in short or long distance, the Road King Classic may be the best motorcycle touring for you. It’s very comfortable.
This Harley motorcycle has new redesigned frame. The new frame is completely new with better materials and new geometry to make it handle much more easily and smoothly. The new frame has 50 percent fewer parts and 60 percent fewer welds. This frame provides better rigidity and more cargo capacity. The new touring chassis gives a 70 pound increase in load capacity over the preceding Harleys. In addition to the redesigned frame, the bike has bigger tires including a massive 180 mm on the rear and a 130 mm on the front, both wide whitewalls in keeping with the traditional look of the big Harley Road King.
The power is generated by a rubber mounted 1584cc Twin Cam 96″ engine with Electronic Fuel Injection. In order to keep the vibrations from getting to the rider, the traditional 3 point rubber engine isolation system goes to 4 point rubber isolation system in 2009, optimizing the balance between stiffness and isolation. The power system has a six speed Cruise Drive transmission and fiber belt drive. The rear belt sprocket has an internal compensating system to eliminate power pulses and excess noise making the bike even more comfortable to ride than before. The new bike has a six gallon fuel capacity which extends the range over the old five gallon tank.
The new bike provides more comfortable riding for the rider and the passenger. It provides full-length footboards with heel/toe shift levers and height adjustable passenger footboards for enhanced comfort. This new bike also provides one-piece, two-up classic seat. So, when you’re riding solo or with a passenger this one-piece, two-up classic seat is perfect for long distance cruising. The large windshield protects you from wind and debris. Dual chrome handlebar mirrors give you a view into the past. The bike is totally nice with great chrome accents and a big chrome headlight with two running lights on the light bar. These are quartz halogen and light the way into the future.
With price starting at $ 17999, I think the 2009 Road King Classic is a great motorcycle that you should consider to buy.
